Has anyone else gone thru Franco Columbu's book, Winning Bodybuilding? If so, what are your opinions on the programs? Coming from powerlifting, the total weekly volume looks insane to me. But, i'm also trying to switch to more of a BB style of training, so i'm wondering if this is normal?
My current idea for a weekly setup based on his book is
M - chest / shoulders
T - legs / back
W - arms
Th - off
Fri - Chest / shoulders
Sat - legs / back
Sun - off or arms (if arms, take monday off and keep the same pattern on different days)
